PRICES
|
| The
following prices (per night) include:
|

BED
& BREAKFAST
Accommodation, continental breakfast, daily cleaning, and
change of bedclothes and towels every three or four nights
(except for emergencies). |

APARTMENTS
Accommodation, final cleaning of the apartment, utilities
(including heat), and a set of bedclothes and towels for every
three or four nights. |

APARTMENTS:
MONTH(S)-LONG STAYS
Accommodation, weekly cleaning, set of three bedclothes and
towels, utilities. |

MINIMUM STAY
|
| The
minimum required stay is 3 nights, starting any day of the
week.
An extra 15% will be applied for shorter stays (less than
3 nights long), depending on availability. |
|
RESERVATIONS AND METHODS
OF PAYMENT
|
| The
booking will be definitely confirmed conclusively only after
receiving 50% of the total price of the stay
through bank transfer within 5 days after the arrival of the
confirmation (the client is responsible for the bank transfer
expenses).
The remaining 50% will have to be paid in cash upon arrival
to the check in attendant.
If you prefer, you can also pay the entire price of the stay
directly with the bank transfer.

CANCELLATIONS
|
| Cancelling fees will be applied
as follows: |

10 days before
the date of arrival: the cost of one night will be charged |

9 days before
your arrival 50% of the total price will be charged |

Please note:
if the names of a cancelled reservation should be changed
by the guests or by the Rome by Rome reservations office no
charge will be applied |

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
|
| In
the event of a problem with the facility beyond the control
of Rome by Rome, we reserve the right to provide alternative
accommodation with the same characteristics as the ones chosen
by the client. |
|
RULES
|

Animals are
not allowed in any of our facilities. |
| :: |
The Bed &
Breakfast facilities are smoke-free. Smoking is allowed in
the apartments. |
|
ARRIVAL & DEPARATURE
TIMES
|
| :: |
Guests are
expected to arrive after 2pm. The check-in
may be scheduled before 2pm, depending on availability. |
| :: |
There is an
additional 25 Euro fee in case of arrival
after 9pm and a 40 Euro fee for all
arrivals after 11pm. |
| :: |
The
apartment must be vacated at 10am on the day of departure,
but the guests can prolong their stay until 1pm if there are
no other arrivals scheduled for that day. |
| :: |
The
guests are kindly asked to provide a photocopy of their passport
for every guest staying at the Bed & Breakfast or at the
apartments. |
| :: |
It is not permitted
to bring guests in the apartment or rooms unless their passport
(or any other valid form of ID) has been registered, or without
the owner’s permission. |
| NOTES:
The check in agent will be at the
apartment 15 minutes before
the scheduled arrival time and, in case of delay, until 45
minutes after the scheduled time. At the end of the
45 minutes the agent will leave the apartment.
In case of an un-notified delay the agent will come back as
soon as possible but an additional 25 Euro fee
will be applied, or 40 Euro if after 11pm.
It is therefore important that the guests call the agency
to inform of any unexpected delays, as soon as possible, in
order to avoid paying the extra “double check in”
fee. |

CLIENT'S REPONSABILITIES
|

If the apartment
and/or any of its contents are damaged by client, or his/hers
guests, the client will be held responsible and will be charged
the full price of the damage on the day of his/hers departure.
It is not allowed to exceed the number of guests specified
in the reservation form, unless an agreement has been reached
with the owner prior to the guests’ arrival. |

Unregistered
guests are not allowed in the Bed and Breakfasts and apartments,
neither during the day nor at night. This is to respect the
public safety norms that regulate the activities of Bed and
Breakfasts and rented apartments. The common areas of the
“Relais Fontana” have a 24/7 system of video surveillance. |
| :: |
Clients are
kindly asked to pay maximum attention to their keys, the doors’
locks are highly sophisticated and hard to repair. In case
of loss, the client will be asked to pay for all expenses
on the day of departure. |

PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND SAFETY
|
| The
owner of the Bed & Breakfasts and apartments is in no
way responsible for the clients’ personal belongings,
nor for any other situation relative to the clients’
personal safety. |
|
MAINTENANCE
|
The
owner reserves the right to access the apartment or room if
urgent maintenance problems occur. |
|
PRIVACY POLICY |
| Your
personal information will be kept confidential. According
to the following law, treatment of your information will be
based upon principles of correctness, transparency and protection
of your privacy and your rights. According to article 13 of
D.lgs.n.196/2003, we provide you with the following information:
1. Information by you provided will be treated exclusively
for the purposes concerning our activity;
2. Disclosure of your information is facultative;
3. All information provided by you will not be circulated. |
