The apartment has been completely renovated in March 2005 and it is located on the first floor of the building (with elevator). It is divided into: - a master bedroom with a double bed - a double bedroom with two single beds - bathroom with bathtub and shower - living/dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests: two in the master bedroom, and two in the French-style sofa bed (110 cm of width). The apartment can only accommodate up to two people during the longer stays. The following items are included in the price: - Washing machine, - microwave oven, - fridge and freezer - toaster, - coffee-maker, - iron and iron board, - hair dryer - vacuum cleaner. - TV with DVD player (living room) - TV with VHS (master bedroom) - small selection of movies (VHS and DVD) - small selection of books - High-speed internet Bedclothes and towels are provided for the guests, they are changed every three or four nights for the guests’ convenience. Final cleaning of the apartment is also included in the price.

ARRIVAL & DEPARATURE TIMES :: The balance will be paid in cash on the day of the arrival to the check-in agent. The agent will also deliver the house keys and give the tour of the apartment then. :: The guests are kindly asked to provide a photocopy of their passport to the check-in agent (one per guest). :: It is not permitted to bring guests in the apartment or rooms unless their passport (or any other valid form of ID) has been registered, or without the owner’s permission. in Guests are expected to arrive after 2pm. However, the check-in can be scheduled before 2pm, depending on availability in There is an additional 25 Euro fee in case of arrival after 9pm and a 40 Euro fee for all arrivals after 11pm. out The apartment must be vacated at 10am on the day of departure, but the guests can prolong their stay until 1pm if there are no other arrivals scheduled for that day Nota Bene: The check in agent will be at the apartment 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival time and, in case of delay, until 45 minutes after the scheduled time. At the end of the 45 minutes the agent will leave the apartment. In case of an un-notified delay the agent will come back as soon as possible but an additional 25 Euro fee will be applied, or 40 Euro if after 11pm. It is therefore important that the guests call the agency to inform of any unexpected delays, as soon as possible, in order to avoid paying the extra “double check in” fee.

RESERVATIONS AND METHOD OF PAYMENT Reservations are made through a form that can be found in every page describing the facilities and which has to be sent via email. A reply will be sent within 24-48 hours confirming the availability of the facility requested (reply sent at the email address provided by the client). Payments can be made through wire transfer (requires a down payment of 50% on the total amount for your stay). A receipt of the payment is also necessary, and it will have to be sent via fax. Reservations can only be finalized once the down payment has been made and the receipt has been received. If either conditions are not met the reservation will be cancelled.
